Larisa’s areas of expertise include, but not limited to developing cross-border solutions, e-Commerce imports to Russia, customs clearance facilitation and arranging fulfillment services for leading e-Commerce providers.

Before joining Bridge Consulting Asia, Larisa was on engaged in multiple senior management positions in DHL and SPSR – leading logistics players in Russian markets. She is an avid sales coach: while in DHL, she effectively managed in highly matrixed and ambiguous environments while leading a large number of people.
Larisa is also a part-time university lecturer. She works at Moscow Automobile State University, where she delivers lectures on Logistics and Customs in Russia.
Larisa holds MBA in Supply Chain from a highly reputable China-European Business School and Moscow University.
